**Job Duties**:- Assist in the management of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping of goods- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage the daily operation and generate reports on warehouse performance- Support the Warehouse Manager in training and supervising warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability- Providing customer service to handle customer complaints and questions- Assists in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
- Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards- Other duties as assigned- Experience of working in a warehouse is preferred- Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures- Strong computer skills & must be willing to learn WMS&OMS-; Be able to work in the warehouse,
