Skills

- 2+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors EC consultant.
- Experience in SF Employee Central implementation and/or production support.
- Hands-on experience with SF Employee Central module.
- Experience working directly with customers.

Technical Skills

- SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience mass uploading employee data information (EC)
- Experience mass uploading Organizational data information (EC)
- Business Rules Management.
- MDF Object Management.

Mandatory Requirements

- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- At least 2 years of experience of SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Medium level experience of MS Excel.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central active certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules such as: Learning, Performance and Goal, Onboarding.
- Release management experience.
- Experience working directly with 2+ customers at the same time.
- Experience with Ticketing Handling Tools (SNOW, JIRA)
