Job Title: Talent Project Manager, Strategic Projects – Assistant Director

Salary: $115,000 MXN gross monthly + Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to lead and manage projects related to the implementation, integration, and optimization of EY Talent systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration methodologies, with the ability to ensure successful project delivery while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects, from planning and delivery to deployment, ensuring alignment with Talent’s strategic objectives.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop detailed cross-functional project plans and actively manage project timelines.
- Resource Management: Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of resources.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success.
- Budget Oversight: Perform project financial management, including developing the overall project budget and controlling costs throughout the project, including planned, actual, and forecast operational and capital expenditures within budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong communication across stakeholders, team members, and leadership,



providing regular project status updates and ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects .
- 5 to 7 years of industry experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Talent.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable.
