Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities across Mexico and Central America. This role will partner closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to provide financial insights that drive profitable growth and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will lead and support activities related to margin analysis, costing, SFC reporting, pricing analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls, while ensuring financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for Mexico and Central America.
- Prepare and analyze financial performance reports, highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights to support business decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
Margin & Profitability Analysis
- Perform detailed gross margin and profitability analysis by product, customer, channel, and market.
- Identify drivers of margin expansion and contraction and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve financial performance.
Costing & Manufacturing Finance
- Support standard costing processes, cost roll-ups, and inventory valuation activities.
- Analyze manufacturing variances, cost absorption, and productivity initiatives.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to improve cost visibility and control.
Pricing & Commercial Finance
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for pricing decisions, promotions, and customer negotiations.
- Evaluate price realization, discounting trends, and commercial investments.
- Support business cases and financial modeling for growth initiatives.
SFC Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare and maintain SFC reports and dashboards.
- Analyze sales trends, volume, mix, and pricing impacts.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information across the region.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Support compliance with corporate financial policies and internal control requirements.
- Participate in control assessments, audits, and remediation activities.
- Drive process improvements to strengthen financial governance and reporting accuracy.
Cross-Functional Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc analysis, strategic projects, and regional initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
Experience
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Cost Accounting, or related finance roles.
- Experience supporting multiple markets or regional finance organizations preferred.
- Strong background in margin analysis, costing, pricing, forecasting, SFC budgeting, and financial reporting.
Technical Skills
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, variance analysis, and profitability management.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial reporting tools (EPM, Tableau)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.

- Exposure to commercial finance environments.
- Previous experience supporting Mexico & Central America or NAM region
