100% Remote – Mexico | 12-Month - Contractor Role

American IT Sourcing (AITS) is looking for Mid-Senior / Senior Full Stack Software Engineers based in Mexico for a long-term remote engagement supporting a major general financial-services organization.

We are specifically looking for engineers with strong, recent hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development.

Required experience:

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Java
- Strong hands-on Spring Boot
- React + TypeScript / JavaScript
- Apache Kafka
- REST APIs
- AWS
- PostgreSQL and/or Oracle
- SQL / stored procedures
- Automated testing: JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or similar
- Microservices / cloud-native development
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience working with international or US-based teams

Highly desirable:

- Banking, fintech,



payments or financial-services experience
- Oracle / PL-SQL
- Redux / Context API
- Docker / Kubernetes
- CI/CD
- High-volume transactional systems

Important: This is a true Java Full Stack role. Recent, production-level experience with Java + Spring Boot + React + Kafka is essential.
