We're looking for a Junior Site Construction Engineer to join our team and support the rollout of RAN/RBS site builds.This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.You'll be part of a collaborative team, indirectly supervising on-site construction while managing key documentation and supporting integration efforts—mostly from a remote role.What you will do:- Review and manage construction evidence from RAN/RBS sites- Remotely follow up on construction progress and site installations- Assist with work orders, reporting,



and compensation tracking- Support planning and quality assurance monitoringThe skills you bring:- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Work, Architecture, or a related field- Fluent English communication skills (required)- Interest and aptitude for reporting, data analysis, and documentation- A basic understanding of RAN (Radio Access Network) concepts- Strong self-organization and time management- Flexibility to work within changing schedules and project timelines- Comfort with reading and interpreting technical documents
