Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Responsibilities**- Participation in account business reviews, category line reviews and new item presentations.
- Provide strong leadership and detailed preparation during annual business planning for assigned customers with responsibility for volume forecasting accuracy.
- Responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, routing problem resolution (including accounts receivable), and customer interaction.
- Review of production schedule to anticipate changes in order status and proactively communicate issues to customers.
- Coordinate and follow up on shipments of products until delivery.
- Developing solutions that best address customer needs, coordinating with other departments and employees as needed, and working constantly with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
- Review account budgets and pricing, improving cost effectiveness- Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures.Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job.




- Travel to customer's facilities/industry related events to promote business- Other related responsibilities required to achieve the highest levels of customer service, efficiency and profitability.Experiência y requisitos**Qualifications**- Bilingual- 1 year's relevant business to business sales experience, Account Management or Sales experience in Supply Chain Industry preferred.
