**Product Engineering Manager**
**Education**:Communications and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computing systems or similar.
**Experience**:Requires minimum of 5 years of related experience;
**Knowledge**: English 90%, 6 sigma, Engineering Change Order (ECOs), AVL updates through MCOs, customer conference calls, Deviation process from Customer.
Manufacturing Process, Projects planing, AGILE, ORACLE, electronics, engineering changes, Rohs, English (90% Min.) MRB analysis, assembly drawings and specifications NPI.
**Required skills**:Fluency and communication, analytical, methodical, results-oriented, Teamwork.
**Personality trait**: Ability to negotiate, Sense of urgency and proactive.
**Responsibilities**:
- ECO/MCO/Deviation management control system and production floor implementations
- MRB controls
- Product Technicians training development and activities coordination
- To develop continuos improvement projects
- To lead and coordinate ECO weekly customer conference calls as well as internal ECO meetings with Materials and Program Management departments.
