He will record the occurrence and solution of first-level support incidents, in addition to the implementation and registration of temporary solutions to failures in IT services in production lines while a permanent solution is implemented _
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _Provide solutions to incidents of second and third functional and technical level.

- _Record the occurrence and resolution of support incidents.

- _Implementation and registration of permanent solutions to failures in IT services _

plan and implement preventive actions to avoid future incidents of known problems by the same source.

- _Prioritizing and resolve support incidents generated in IT services.

- _Ensuring the availability of floor control systems.

- _Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field _
- _Intermediate-Advanced English.
