We run two connected businesses in Ensenada: a spa (Ensenada Massage) serving cruise passengers and local clients, and a private tour/transportation company (Baja Tours and Transport) that runs shore excursions and wine-country trips to Valle de Guadalupe.
We need one sharp, reliable, bilingual operator who can run the floor on both sides of the business — not a salesperson, not a therapist, an operator.
Someone who can open the spa on a Sunday morning, close out a Saturday report without being chased for it, and then show up Tuesday and help keep a wine tour running on schedule.
