- Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries on orders, billing, returns, and more.
- Develop expertise in The Home Depots products, services, and policies.
- Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.What Were Looking For:- English Proficiency: C1 level required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Representative.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skills: Sharp, proactive, and self-motivated with a friendly and professional attitude.
