Strategic Agency Manager, GCS Location: Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico

Experience Level: Mid

Overview The Agency Partnership team is a high-performing team that drives customer success by partnering with a wide range of Big 6 and independent traditional media agencies.

As a Strategic Agency Manager, you will leverage your executive influencing skills to partner with traditional media agencies, increasing the value that Google media brings to their agency business and their customers' businesses in order to drive business growth and product adoption for Google.

Agency managers prioritize stakeholder relationships and collaborate with a portfolio of agencies to discover, develop, and execute business growth strategies.

You will focus on influencing budget allocation to increase digital capabilities and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within our agencies, driving scalable revenue growth and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts. You will drive alignment on the allocation of the strategic resources for these agencies to fuel your growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual revenue growth to our agencies, their customers, and to Google.

You will also develop the acquisition and promote capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of the organization in order to enable sustainable business growth for all parties. Your deep knowledge of both traditional and online media, combined with your communication skills, executive influencing skills, and analytical abilities, shapes how your agencies' new and existing businesses grow.

Responsibilities

- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth objectives.
- Grow agency business by driving scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of Agency clients.
- Own a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth,



managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Work towards strategic goals on new and existing business consistently while prioritizing and delivering outstanding sales experiences to Google's agency partners.
- Manage and strengthen primary agency relationships at all levels, including media planners and buyers.
- Shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency Lead on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience in sales in a technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising or media campaigns.
- Experience managing commercial agreements, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), or incentive-based partnership models with executives or C-level stakeholders.
- Track record of orchestrating complex portfolio turnarounds, navigating market ambiguity, and translating quantitative data signals into actionable growth pipelines.
- Ability to act as an autonomous business owner, moving seamlessly from tactical troubleshooting to designing data-driven strategies, and scalable,



repeatable frameworks that drive enterprise-level cultural and operational changes.
