The Sell Out Coordinator is responsible for driving retail sales performance, monitoring sell-out trends, executing commercial initiatives, and ensuring excellent in-store execution across assigned channels and customers. This role works closely with sales, marketing, demand planning, and retail partners to maximize product rotation, improve shopper experience, and achieve revenue targets.
What You Will Do
- Track and analyze sell-out performance by customer, channel, category, and SKU.
- Identify opportunities and risks impacting retail sales.
- Develop actionable recommendations to improve sales velocity and market share.
- Monitor promotional effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and planograms.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and in-store visibility.
- Coordinate field teams and promoters to optimize execution quality.
- Support new product launches and retail activations. Review the KPI´s forecast, fill rate, inventory, and sales analysis.
- Generate weekly and monthly sell-out reports.
- Analyze inventory levels, stock rotation, and sell-through rates.
- Support retailer meetings with performance data and recommendations.
- Partner with marketing on campaigns and trade promotions.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing, category management, or retail analytics.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Experience working with sell-out data sources (retailer POS, NielsenIQ, Circana, etc.).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).
- Advanced MS Office management skills.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Knowledge of QLIK or Power BI.
- Knowledge of websites (Retail Link, SAP, and others)
- Analytics and Numerical Skills
