This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a **NPI** **Industrial Engineer** to join our **NPI team** in **Tijuana**.
As an **Industrial Engineer** you'll be responsible for **support new product introduction and launch**
- **Introduces new products/processes**in production and setup of optimized processes and equipment.
**:
- **Creates required conditions to win in the marketplace through**fast and efficient** NPIs (time to market), and highly efficient production (zero defect, target output).
**:
- **Develops standards supporting production system Design f.
Manufacturing & Assembly.
**:
- **Develops**cost-effective solutions** to manufacturing challenges.

- **Works autonomously within**established procedures and practices**.

- **Manages and Trains Project staff/operators**:
- **Ensures adherence to health, safety,



and environmental regulations in manufacturing operations.
