**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated **Industrial / Process / Manufacturing Engineer** to support operational excellence initiatives within our manufacturing operations in Querétaro.
This role focuses on improving productivity, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement across assembly, fabrication, and welding operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead **Lean Manufacturing initiatives** on the shop floor
- Conduct **time studies** (MODAPTS, MTM, or MOST), **line balancing**, and capacity analysis
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve **throughput and OEE**:
- Develop and maintain **Value Stream Maps (VSM)**:
- Facilitate **Kaizen events** and continuous improvement projects
- Support **process mapping**, MBOM creation from EBOM, and new product introduction (NPI)
- Implement and sustain **5S and visual management systems**:
- Support **layout design** and material flow optimization
- Standardize work instructions and support operator training
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in **Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field**:
- **2 to 8 years of experience** in automotive or heavy manufacturing environments




- Strong knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles**:
- Experience with:
- Time studies and line balancing
- Process optimization and manufacturing engineering
- Familiarity with tools such as **Excel, Power BI, Minitab**:
- Experience with **ERP systems (SAP preferred)**:
- Exposure to **AutoCAD or similar tools** is a plus
- **Advanced English level** (ability to work in a bilingual environment)
**Additional Requirements**
- Experience in **OEMs, Tier 1, or Tier 2 suppliers** is highly preferred
- Availability to travel to the **United States** for short
- and long-term assignments
- Willingness to relocate for international opportunities (TN Visa support available)

Pay: $25,****** - $50,****** per month
