**Remote Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter (Bilingual - Spanish/English)**
We are a fast-growing U.S.based solar company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **sales assistant / appointment setter** to help manage our lead pipeline and support deals through completion.
This role combines **front-end lead follow-up** with **back-end pipeline management**.
You will be responsible for setting appointments and ensuring deals continue moving forward after the sale.
**Responsibilities:Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting**
- Qualify homeowners and gather basic information
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Re-engage older leads and maintain consistent follow-up
- Confirm and remind customers to ensure appointments are completed
- Update CRM (GoHighLevel) with accurate notes and statuses
**Pipeline & Administrative Support**
- Track deals after appointments are completed
- Ensure each deal is progressing through the pipeline
- Follow up with customers if documents, signatures, or steps are missing
- Coordinate with internal team to keep deals moving
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in **English and Spanish** (spoken and written)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with U.S. customers
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once
- Reliable internet and work setup
- Sales or appointment setting experience preferred
**Compensation**:




- Base pay: MX$8,000 - MX$14,000/month
- **$50 per appointment that is completed (customer shows up)**:
- **$100 per deal closed**
Appointments must meet basic qualifications to count toward bonuses.
Top performers significantly increase their income through performance bonuses.
