The AI Technical Analyst plays a critical role within the AI Center of Excellence (COE), translating business needs into intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions.

This role combines business analysis, process design, and hands-on technical implementation to support the deployment of AI agents, RPA processes, and workflow automation. The idóneo candidate is skilled at uncovering process inefficiencies and leveraging modern AI tools to deliver scalable improvements.



Lead process discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, observation, and workflow analysis

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI agent deployments and automation solutions

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating test execution, documenting results, and resolving defects

Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed AI and automation solutions to ensure performance and reliability

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python

Strong understanding of database structures and experience with SQL
