Your Role

As a Senior Network Engineer – Audio Visual & Telecom Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing network, telecom, and collaboration environments across enterprise and manufacturing operations. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, you will drive infrastructure initiatives, support mission‑critical operations, and contribute to the evolution of next‑generation connectivity and security architectures.

You will be expected to lead complex troubleshooting activities, coordinate vendor engagements, support IT procurement processes, and ensure seamless integration of networking, telecom, audiovisual, and security technologies aligned with global standards. This role requires a hands‑on engineering mindset combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities and a proactive approach to operational excellence.

Responsibilities & Scope

- Manage and support enterprise network, telecom, audio‑visual, and security infrastructure across manufacturing and corporate environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business units regarding network, telecom, and AV requirements.
- Coordinate vendors, procurement activities, quotations, purchase orders, and service deliveries.
- Lead incident, problem,



and change management activities through ServiceNow and related platforms.
- Support firewall, VPN, NAC, micro‑segmentation, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Review cloud connectivity requirements and hybrid network architectures.
- Plan and execute maintenance windows, upgrades, patching, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
- Analyze network and telecom incidents through packet captures, logs, syslogs, and monitoring tools.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security standards, audit requirements, and operational procedures.
- Create executive‑level communications, technical documentation, reports, and infrastructure diagrams.

- Demonstrates strong expertise in enterprise networking, telecom, audiovisual, and cybersecurity technologies, ensuring secure, resilient, and business‑aligned connectivity solutions.
- Collaborates effectively with business stakeholders, global technology teams, and external partners, translating complex technical requirements into practical business outcomes.
- Applies a proactive problem‑solving mindset, leveraging analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and data‑driven decision‑making to resolve incidents and drive continuous improvement.
- Leads with ownership and accountability, managing infrastructure initiatives, vendor relationships, operational risks, and service delivery with a focus on excellence and reliability.
