Amentum is seeking a Club and Activities Manager to support a unique US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. The Club and Activities Manager will be responsible for
coordinating the daily operations of MWR club facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patrons. This position provides leadership, and oversight of bar
operations, customer service, recreational activities, and staff performance while ensuring compliance with applicable installation policies, food and beverage regulations, and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:




· Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of MWR club facilities.
· Supervise and support bartenders and club staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
· Ensure compliance with all installation policies, alcohol service regulations, and food safety requirements.
· Verify patrons meet legal and installation requirements for the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
· Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible beverage service practices to prevent over intoxication.
· Handle intoxicated patrons in accordance with installation guidelines and applicable policies.
· Operate point of sale systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
· Balance and reconcile cash drawers and prepare end of shift reports.
