SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER

The role will maintain the Integration Master Plan, coordinate the different technology workstreams and provide clear visibility of milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and overall progress. The position will work closely with Global D&T;, Regional TS&O;, HCR teams and external vendors to ensure activities remain aligned and integration commitments are delivered on time.

This is a hands-on project management and governance role. It does not include direct people management but requires strong coordination, stakeholder management and the ability to drive actions across multiple teams.

Scope of Work / Key Deliverables:

- Develop and maintain the Integration Master Plan (milestones, dependencies, critical path).
- Operate governance: RAID log, decision log, change log, weekly status reports, KPIs.
- Coordinate workstreams and ensure alignment across technical domains.




- Manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
- Coordinate with Global D&T;, Regional TS&O;, HCR teams and all external vendors.

Required Skills / Experience:

- 5–8 years of experience in technology project management, PMO governance or transformation programs.
- Experience supporting M&A; integrations or multi-country programs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Infra, Security and Digital Workplace.
- English: Advanced.
