- The Customer Quality Engineer will be supporting the Americas sales team by providing technical expertise on the company's product portfolio of automation components, mainly Solid State Relays and Motor controllers.
- He/She will be responsible for developing a strong technical link between the sales team and the R&D; department.

Responsibilities**:
- **
Technical Expertise and Support**- Provide guidance and expertise to the sales team on technical issues.
- Providing feedback about customer-used cases to the R&D; department.

Claims Analysis and Trouble Shooting**- Perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why's, or Ishikawa.
- Experiência y requisitos
- **Requirements**:
- Holds an electrical or electronics engineering degree or equivalent.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.




- Familiarity with quality tools: 8D, 5 Why's, Pareto, FMEA, considered an assent.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Self-motivated and ability to work on his/her own without constant supervision.
- Any experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset.
