We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in **Roma Norte, Mexico City**.
This is a great opportunity to work with a **U.S.based real estate services company** that provides support to homeowners and tenants across different states.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mexico City time
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- **MXN $18,000 net per month**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries or requests.
- Update and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Communicate with U.S.based teams in English.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Availability to work **on-site** in **Roma Norte, CDMX.
