We are looking for a **high-performing recruiter**who can handle pressure and deliver results for US hiring needs.
You will manage multiple roles simultaneously, interact directly with US leadership, and be responsible for filling positions quickly and cleanly.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles
Run professional Zoom interviews with confidence
Communicate directly with hiring managers and leadership
Drive roles to closure with urgency and accountability
Non-Negotiable Requirements
C1 English or higher with strong verbal communication
Hands-on experience recruiting for US companies
Comfortable presenting and speaking on camera
Strong judgment and decision-making ability
No dependency on rigid processes or constant direction
