**Ansell is looking for a Talent Acquisition Ops Assoc Specialist (Temporary) to join our team in Queretaro!
**
Under moderate supervision, the**Talent Acquisition Operations Assoc Specialist** will assist with various tasks within the full life-cycle recruitment process.
The Specialist will assist in meeting hiring deadlines.

**What your role will be?
**
**Onboarding**
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging experience for new hires.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new employees from offer acceptance through their first day and beyond.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with recruiters, HR business partners, hiring managers, IT, and other stakeholders (documentation, system access, inductions).




- Deliver and support onboarding presentations and orientation sessions, both virtually and in person.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and prepare reports using Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy standards, and local employment regulations.
- Coordinate background checks, offer documentation, and other pre-employment activities.
- Align onboarding timelines with recruitment activities to ensure seamless transitions.
**Recruitment Operations Support**
- Collaborate with HR and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to improve, document, and standardize recruitment processes and workflows.
- Promote consistent use of recruitment systems, tools, and templates, collecting feedback and driving continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment-related projects such as system upgrades, process audits, and vendor transitions.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding-related HR service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when needed.
- Contribute to general knowledge sharing by maintaining recruiting toolkits and communicating updates via SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment reporting, dashboarding, and data validation.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
**Experience & Skills**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment operations, or HR service delivery.




- End-to-end recruitment process experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, onboarding documentation, and local employment practices.
- Previous experience in a large, matrixed corporate environment.
- Experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to groups and guiding new hires.
- Professional, client-focused approach with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment on issue resolution and escalation.
**Knowledge, Competencies & Language**
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, including reporting creation and data validation.
- Understanding of organizational structures and key stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Adaptable communication style, both written and verbal.
