As an Auxiliar General V, you will be a key member of our prevention team, working closely with customers and colleagues to create a welcoming and secure shopping environment.
Your role will involve a variety of tasks, from greeting customers and providing excellent service to ensuring the store's safety and cleanliness.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude upon their entrance to the store.Assist customers with their inquiries and provide information about our products and services.Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.Monitor and report any safety hazards or incidents to the relevant team members promptly.Collaborate with the prevention team to implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.Conduct regular store patrols to ensure customer safety and identify any potential issues.Assist in stock management and ensure proper product placement on shelves.Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and store operations.Adhere to company policies and procedures,
