We are hiring **Call Center Agents** to provide inbound customer support for banking and financial services products.
The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, account services, and transaction requests, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Call Center Agent, you will:
- Handle **inbound voice calls** with professionalism and customer focus.
- Provide support on the following products and services:
- **Credit Cards** (including reporting lost/stolen cards)
- **Checking & Savings Accounts**:
- **Debit Cards**:
- **Online Accounts & Mobile Banking**:
- **Bill Pay & Mobile Deposits**:
- **Loans & Mortgages**:
- Other voice-related tasks as mutually agreed upon.
- Inform customers of **account status** and complete maintenance requests (payments, balance transfers, etc.).




- Assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document all interactions in the client's system with accuracy and compliance.
**Requirements**:
- **6-9 months** of call center experience (BFSI experience preferred).
- **English proficiency**: B2+ to C1.
- Must **live within 1.5 hours** of the site.
- Ability to work a **10-hour shift** within hours of operation (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Comfortable with schedule**:two 15-minute breaks** and **one 30-minute lunch**.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to client systems, policies, and compliance requirements.

- Adherence to strict internal security policies**:no paper, no pen, no electronic devices** on the operations floor.
- Full compliance with client confidentiality and data protection standards.
Pay: $12,****** - $14,****** per month
