You support our team as
**Taxes Analyst - Toluca, Mexico**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze financial information to support accurate and timely tax calculations.
- Perform tax calculations for local and federal obligations in compliance with current laws.
- Prepare and file periodic tax returns for various Mexican tax authorities.
- Support the preparation of the **Annual Tax Report (Dictamen Fiscal)** and other statutory filings.
- Assist in responding to and managing tax audits conducted by both tax authorities and internal/external auditors.
- Prepare and submit tax reports for headquarters and management.
- Propose and implement process improvements to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.
- Lead or participate in projects that reduce reporting times and improve the quality of tax information.
- Keep company tax records updated and well-organized.
- Contribute ideas to reduce costs and optimize tax-related processes.
- Stay current on tax legislation and attend relevant training sessions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** in a similar tax or accounting role.
- Proven experience with **tax returns, audit processes, and fiscal reporting**.
- Strong working knowledge of **Mexican tax regulations** and familiarity with **SHCP requirements**.
- Proficient in **SAP**, **MS Office**, and other accounting systems.
- **Intermediate level of English** (written and spoken).
