We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, result-driven individual with strong work ethic and integrity to join us as Senior Manager for our Test Die and Scribe (TD&S;) Design team in Guadalajara (GDL), Mexico.
The TD&S; team is responsible for the design, layout, and verification of test structures that enable device development, Compact modeling, Reliability modeling, and Fab process monitoring.
In this role you will work with a group of peers in the US, India, and Japan.
As part of a integral team, you will contribute to physical layout, floor planning and verifying through DRC and in-house verification tools.
You will create a "one team" culture integrating work methodologies with the other TD&S; locations.
You will have a relentless focus on execution and efficiency centering on deliverables and quality.
You will instill a culture of continuous improvement and quality execution.
This role will allow you to work on all technology types at Micron.
**Specific responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Responsible for GDL TD&S; team staffing, development, and performance.
- Partner with Mask-Tech leaders to maintain an effective working relationship.
- Accountable for GDL TD&S; work to meet committed DBR dates.




- Collaborate on and drive TD&S; Technology roadmap including:
- State of the art tools and design / verification methodologies
- Automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency
- Define and lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects that are critical for TD&S; solutions.
**Minimum**Qualifications** for this position include**:
- Master's in electrical or Electronics Engineering or other similar discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong personnel, program and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with global and local teams.
- Proficiency in EDA tools for design, layout and verification.
- Solid knowledge of semiconductor processes, device physics, operation, parametric testing, and DFM.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to understand existing methodologies quickly and provide enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative ideas to improve processes and solve existing problems.
- Familiarity scripting languages Python/Skill is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and explore unfamiliar concepts
