- Ensure compliance with Mexican GAAP (NIF), IFRS reporting requirements, and applicable financial regulations.
- Oversee regulatory reporting obligations and relationships with relevant authorities.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Coordinate internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Maintain strong internal controls and corporate governance standards.
- Partner with regional and global finance teams for consolidation and reporting activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local accounting team.
- Collaborate with tax stakeholders to support compliance with VAT, income tax, payroll taxes, and other statutory obligations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes, systems, and controls.Perfil buscadoRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance,



or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA / Contador Público).
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience.Essential Experience- Strong expertise in Mexican accounting standards (NIF), IFRS, and Mexican tax regulations.
- Proven experience within SOFOMs, banks, credit institutions, lending platforms, or other regulated financial services organizations.
- Hands-on exposure to regulatory reporting and audit processes.
- Experience managing accounting functions within multinational organizations.
- Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and corporate governance requirements.
- Advanced ERP knowledge and strong financial reporting capabilities.
