**Develops and implements injection manufacturing activities** in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations, and plant objectives,



ensuring optimal performance against IPI indicators.

**Trains and develops team leaders** to ensure maximum efficiency across shifts.

**Implements continuous improvement plans and activities** to maximize efficiency and enhance the injection molding process.

**As process owner**, is responsible for managing the IMS process (process review, KPI management, regular procedure review and updates, implementation of corrective and preventive actions as needed, and provision of resources for process execution), taking into account relevant requirements and their evolution.

**12 IPIs with a specific focus on the injection area** (CNQ, RFT, molding scrap, standards, and networks).
