We are looking for your talent as**:
**Procurement Analyst**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for warehouse materials, renovation and maintenance-related categories, and warehouse rental resources.
**:
**2.
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
**:
**3.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with suppliers to ensure competitive rates and favorable conditions.
**:
**4.
Develop and maintain procurement plans, track order status, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
**:
**5.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and maintenance teams to accurately forecast material requirements and procurement schedules.

**Requirements**:
**1.
Bachelor's degree.
**:
**2.
Five years of demonstrable work experience in purchasing, with extensive exposure to warehouse materials, warehouse rentals, facility renovations, and maintenance purchases.
**:
**3.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
**:
**4.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
**:
**5.
Fluency in Spanish; Advanced English preferred.
**:
**6.
Based in Polanco.
**:
**7.
Willingness to travel.
**:
**We offer**:
**Salary of 20,000 to 25,000 pesos per month.
