Learn to develop APQP documentation.
- Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Launch plans for the Launch.
Execute plans, collect data, and facilitate other gage related activity.
- Learn to prepare and deliver new product Launch related Customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages.
- Read and interpret blueprints and CAD renderings, verifying product compliance by utilizing various measurement tools
- Attend and participate in System Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) meetings as required.Learn to support DV/PV builds, including verification that parts meet dimensional and functional requirements
- Previous Intern or Co-Op work experience in Automotive is a plus.
- Analytical and mechanical aptitude for problem solving.
- Effective communication skills within a team environment.
- Troubleshooting experience highly desirable.
- Ability to interact with all employee levels within the company.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and self-motivated.
