We're seeking motivated Intake Specialists who are fluent in both Spanish and English, eager to make a difference by helping potential clients navigate their legal challenges.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous experience in personal injury intake, sales, or a related customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to evaluate cases and convert leads into signed clients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with follow-up tasks
- Comfortable with technology, including familiarity with case management software and databases
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct initial consultations over the phone to assess potential personal injury and employment law cases
- Analyze prospective clients' situations and effectively guide them through the intake process
- Follow up with leads to collect necessary documentation and secure retainers
- Manage inbound calls from individuals seeking legal assistance
- Maintain clear,



consistent communication with potential clients during the evaluation process
- Accurately update internal systems, databases, and upload relevant documents
- Work closely with other departments and support special projects under the guidance of Intake Management
