As a Sr.
Associate, Professional Education & Development supporting the Professional Education team, you will be trusted to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce across Mexico (70% of the time) and internationally (30%).
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Designing and delivering engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and live sessions.
- Assessing training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Managing logistics for training events, including scheduling, travel arrangements, participant communications, and resources.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:




- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, preferably in visual health (e.g., Ophthalmology).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (fluency required).
- Proactivity, planning skills, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and effective presentation skills.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management.
