As a key member of the WW management team, you will support the General Manager and Operations Manager in our fast-paced Vehicle Processing Center.
**Job Description**:
- This position will coordinate all operation's supervisors onsite, will create strategies to accomplish all customer needs.
- He or she will work closely to Operation's Manager focused on achieve safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
- He or she will support Operation's Manager to manage all new requirements from FORD VPC customer and FORD Quality department.
- This position will work closely with HR department to create strategies to prevent turnover and absenteeism.
- He or she will be a link between operations and quality and safety department.




- Focused on created best practices to accomplish financial objectives.
- Monthly planning according to production plan shared by customer.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years first as operations chief or senior operations supervisor.
- SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.
- Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills.
- A 4-year degree.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
- English language proficiency at intermediate level.
