**Job Summary**
This position is responsible to facilite the daily workforce performance, coordinate production activities with supporting groups to ensure production objectives.
Supervise the shipping and receving of all freight into an out of plant.
ensure customers satisfaction with the service provides as regards delivery time.
**Responsibilities**:

A. Advise staff personnel on daily production status.
B. Promote Standardize work methods and ways to improve them.
C. Provide and implement training that will enable personnel to better perform their
D. Implement the culture and way of work at Eaton
E. Coordinate and maintain associate clerical files regarding attendance, overtime equalization, vacation, training and time-off requests.
F. Conduct weekly department meetings with associates regarding communications, department and plant concerns, and policy interpretation.
G. Provide training resources within the department for training new associates.
H. Assist General Supervisors in determining personnel requirements.
I. Initiate and coordinate assistance, as required from support departments.
J. Coordinate daily shipping schedules with materials planning (documents, packaging)
K. Monitor machinery, equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders as required, to ensure efficient,



effective and safe working conditions.
L. Promotes continuous improvement and promotes standardization across the plant and organization.
M. Provides the best manufacturing solutions for the production process by benchmarking inside and outside the company and by selecting the adequate machinery, equipment and technology available in the market.
O. Promotes the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.
P. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Engineering degree or related fields required.
**Years and area of experience required**
- 3 - 5 years experience in manufacturing processes (environment preferably automotive)
**Technical knowledge**
- ISO *********, ISO *****, Management systems, Participate in and demonstrate positive attitude towards COP's, RIE, Value stream mapping and other Continuous improvement activities, Health and safety programs
- Lean manufacturing certification
- Molding process experience
- Leadeor of people
- Advanced english
