**How you will do it?

- ** Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.

- ** Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.

- ** Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
**:
- ** Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
**:
- ** Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
**:
- ** Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
**:
- ** Promote leveraging IT integration.
**:
- ** Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
**:
- ** Ensuring compliance with industry regulations/audits.
**:
- ** Keeping up to date on the latest SAP/PLM offerings and developments.
**:




- ** Oversees the engineering change process and Material Master Data Changes.
**:
- ** Oversees the holistic alignment from EBoMs to MRP MBoMs documenting any exceptions.
**:
- ** Schedules annual Material Master Data audits within Engineering and MRP databases.
**:
- ** Develop procedures to make continual efficiency improvements.
**:
- ** Business data lead in key projects such as product transfers, SKU reductions, and Master Data updates.
**:
- ** Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.
**:
**What are we looking for?
**:
- ** Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
**:
- ** ERP, MRP savvy.
**:
- ** At least 2 year's experience as a SAP super user.
**:
- ** Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
**:
- ** PLM/Winchill Administrator level.
**:
- ** Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
**:
- ** Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**:
- ** Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
**:
- ** Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and willing to work in our Reynosa, Mexico Facility.
