**About the Role**:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Bilingual Phone Agent** to join our recruitment support team.
This position starts remote but will ideally transition into a **hybrid setup** (a combination of working from home and in the office).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial interviews to determine qualifications and fit.
- Scheduling qualified applicants with our HR team for the next stage.
- Logging notes and outcomes in our tracking system with accuracy.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Fluency in both **English and Spanish**.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Comfortable using a computer and phone for extended periods.




- Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or admin is a plus.
