The practitioner will be responsible for conducting social impact assessments, engaging with stakeholders, designing and implementing social management plans,



and ensuring compliance with international and local social performance standards. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on social performance activities while fostering collaboration with communities, clients, and team members.QualificationsProficiency in Social Impact Assessment and designing Social Management PlansExperience in Stakeholder Engagement, Conflict Resolution, and Community RelationsFamiliarity with Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) standards and compliance frameworksStrong analytical, research, and reporting abilitiesEffective communication, project management, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a diverse, multicultural teamExperience in the development, renewables, or extractive sectors is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or related fieldsProficiency in both Spanish and English is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
