What will you do?- Support HR operations for Monterrey 2 manufacturing plant and Central Functions.- Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including new hire documentation, contract administration, onboarding sessions, buddy program coordination, and employee records management.- Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives, events, recognition activities, and internal communications.- Help maintain HR metrics and reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, vacations, and workforce indicators.- Collaborate on HR projects focused on talent development, succession planning, workforce analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Provide administrative support for employee benefits, retention programs, and HR processes.- Assist in creating newsletters, presentations, communications, and other materials that help strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.- Partner with multiple stakeholders across manufacturing operations, logistics, and central functions to support business and people priorities.What skills and capabilities will make you successful?- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, reports, and HR metrics.- Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.- Team player with the ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organization.- Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving capabilities.What's in it for you?- Gain hands-on experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, onboarding, workforce analytics,
