ETAP Software is seeking an OT Infrastructure Engineer to serve as the operational backbone of our General Support group in Mexico City.
The role sits between IT and OT, building and maintaining a virtual lab that replicates customer and project systems across ETAP's solution portfolio.You will own VM templates, environment availability, and capacity planning while troubleshooting and reproducing incidents to enable faster root-cause analysis.
