Position Details:Role: Case ManagerIndustry: LegalSub-Industry: California Personal InjuryPosition Type: Full-TimeRate: $7.00/hourSchedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PSTTimezone: Pacific Time (PST)Start Date: ASAPPreferred Tools:Filevine (Strongly Preferred)RingCentralMicrosoft 365OneDrive / SharePointDocuSignAdobe Acrobat Key Responsibilities:Conduct client intake interviews and gather all required documentationPrepare and send retainer agreementsOpen insurance claims and submit Letters of Representation (LOR)Coordinate and manage client treatment, including scheduling appointments, monitoring treatment progress, and following up with clients and medical providersObtain medical records, medical bills, lien information, and police reportsCommunicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers,
and clients regarding case updatesSchedule appointments and maintain regular follow-ups and confirmations with clientsMaintain accurate case notes, documentation, and task management within FilevineEnsure case files remain organized and progress efficiently through each stage of litigation or settlementAssist attorneys with case management and other related legal support tasksRequirements:Previous experience handling California Personal Injury cases is requiredProven experience as a Personal Injury Case ManagerExperience using Filevine is strongly preferredExperience with RingCentral, Microsoft 365, OneDrive/SharePoint, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, or similar systems is preferredStrong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle, particularly treatment coordinationExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active casesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionIf you have the experience and passion to successfully manage California Personal Injury cases from intake through treatment, we'd love to hear from you.
