Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with expertise in accounting.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to day accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings.Responsible for US GAAP accounting,



reporting and analyses of data and other ad hoc requests for informationPerforming general ledger account analysis and Balance Sheet account reconciliationsPrepare SOX controlsCreate and maintain process documentationSupport internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations.Collaborate with other finance functions to streamline accounting processesRequirements:
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBS or BA Degree in Finance and Accounting and/or 3-5 years relevant experienceExperience with General Ledger activities: prepare journal entries, accruals for month-end, year-end close, prepare reconciliations, resolve open itemsERP knowledge with any of these tools: SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, BlacklineAnalytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred:
Basic understanding of US GAAP or IFRSSOX control related knowledge
