Lead and develop the operational team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance for the warehouse departments at TMO InternationalMain ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with safety policies and organizational culture in the team in charge.Plan and coordinate activities of receiving, storage, assortment and distribution of materials and products.Oversee and ensure physical inventory and system accuracy, as well as accuracy in shipments and transactions.Lead continuous process improvement initiatives (Lean, 6 Sigma).
Measure and report warehouse KPIs (cycle times, inventory turns, picking accuracy, in-transit, inbounds, outbounds).
