Job Summary

The Inventory and Cycle Count Supervisor is responsible for ensuring inventory
accuracy and reliability between SAP system records and physical inventory
within the plant. This role leads the planning, execution, and analysis of cycle
count programs and the annual physical inventory process. The position oversees
inventory analysts and cycle counters,



manages inventory adjustments under
strict internal control and SOX compliance, drives root cause analysis of
variances, and develops KPIs and dashboards to support Materials Management
decision-making. Additionally, it promotes continuous improvement in SAP WM and
inventory processes to sustain high inventory accuracy.

About your role

* Plan, schedule, and supervise the execution of cycle count programs based on
ABC classification, ensuring full inventory coverage and compliance with
established timelines.

* Monitor and ensure accurate execution of counts and proper recording in SAP.

* Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis using
methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Pareto, implementing corrective
and preventive actions.

* Manage and approve inventory adjustments in alignment with internal controls
and SOX requirements, ensuring proper documentation and sys
