Position Summary:
The Operations Support Specialist provides operational coordination between
Product Management, Customer Service, and Factory Operations. This role ensures
accurate product data, supports demand and inventory planning processes, and
facilitates cross-functional communication to maintain product availability and
customer satisfaction.



The position acts as a key link between product strategy
and operational execution within the manufacturing environment.

About Your Role:

* Serve as the primary liaison between Product Management, Customer Service,
and factory operations.

* Support the execution of product-related initiatives within manufacturing and
supply chain processes.

* Monitor and communicate operational metrics such as product availability,
backlog, and lead times.

* Support pricing analysis and contribute to decision-making processes.

* Assist in managing aged, excess, or obsolete inventory.

* Maintain and ensure accuracy of ERP master data, including product
configurations, lead times, and bills of materials.

* Support demand planning activities, including forecasting inputs and
inventory parameter maintenance.

* Coordinate RGA/RMA activities and assist in the resolution of product quality
issues.
