**Requirements**:ALTEN is looking for launch engineers to support launch phase for OEM motor's manufacturing plant in Saltillo.
**You will have to perform the following activities**:- Project management- Master plan and Timing plan preparation and follow up- Lay Out validation- Process and Manufacturing engineering process development support- Leading teams and share problem solving solutions- Engineering Change Request Management (Impacts analysys during ECR)- Equipment and Tools technical information management- Follow up for Launch Projects**The job might be for you if you have the following skills**:- Industrial Engineering diploma or similar- 3 to 5 years experience- Core Tool management- S&R; and Traceability knowledge- Equipment and Tools technical information management- Financials analysis- Leadership habilities- Quick and effective communication habilities- Production and Logistic basic knowledge- Launch project management- Collaborate with others and build effective teams- MS Project knowledgeWelcome Home!
