**Key Responsibilities**- Manage and maintain middleware solutions to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Develop, implement, and troubleshoot EDI/API integrations with NetSuite and external platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all integrated systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors,
and external partners, facilitating communication in both English and Spanish.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (workflows, system mappings, troubleshooting guides) in both English and Spanish.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work cross-functionally to optimize integration workflows.
- Provide end-user training and support related to integration processes.
**Requirements**:- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- 2-5+ years of experience in NetSuite, middleware management, system integration.
- Strong experience with NetSuite, EDI standards, and API integration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, True Commerce or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on optimizing system performance.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
