**What we are looking for**- Bilingual English/Spanish- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience, capable of leading small projects- Interest and experience in finance, leadership, project management and consultative selling- An outstanding degree from a top University augmented by skills in presentation, delivery and financial analysis- MBA or similar- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office- A desire for extensive domestic and international travel- Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization- A mature and professional demeanor- Willingness to travel as needed**What you ́ll do at BTS**- Client interviews with business leaders to develop an understanding of their company's key levers for driving profitability and growth- Lead senior level executives through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participant's understanding of relevant content areas- Collaborate and lead small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery-based learning solutions- Work in several accounts including taking the lead in establishing and maintaining long term relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities and generation of leads- Collaborate in multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries and countries**We offer**:- Casual and fun professional atmosphere emphasizing flexibility and individual growth- Working hours: 44+ hours per week
