**Job Title: Electorninc Engineering Lead****J**ob Description*:**Key Responsibilities**:- Work on PCBA and finished product design, BOM independently as an electronic engineer.
- Drive ID, Test Doc, Spec review, and collaborate with customer and internal design team to work on design or provide design feedback to IDs.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing and suppliers, customers to source and qualify EE components, material and equipment.
- Work with Firmware, ME and process team to review and optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, ensuring design meets specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements and cost targets.
- Perform necessary testing, anaylysis, troubleshooting of electronic systems and components to for failure analysis and resolve issues.
- Provide Technical guidance and support to production team, ensuring proper implementation of manufacturing procedures and trouble shooting of production issues.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging standards to proprose and implement process improvements, cost saving initiatives.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation, including design specifications, test reports,



manufacturing instructions and quality control records- Manage ECNs for design changes.
- Travel to support new business/products developement.
**Required Skills&Experience;**:- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years experience as Electronic Engineer.
- Has track record on development and worked on new product design.
- Solid knowledge of electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and farmiliar with manufacturing processes, including SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole assembly.
- Has good understanding of Software development, and can cooperate with software engineers on functional spec defign and software design/test.
- Proficiency in electronic design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro)- Experience with electronic testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, ATE Tester, Programmer and function generators.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
